Hello January!

Wow, I actually can't believe we are already 3 weeks into 2020! I had planned a 'Happy New Year' blog but but I blinked and the festive season had vanished!  Still, Happy New Year (regardless of how far in January we are). 

I thought I would share with you my motto from last year, I have decided to keep it every year from now on - 'New Year, same me, just better looked after'.  Does anyone else feel like New year provides a lot of unnecessary pressure?  Realistically, there really is no need to re-invent yourself and give yourself a list of crazy goals, just be you, just take more time to care for yourself, just live in the moment.  My goals are all about self care, it paves the way for feeling fabulous and keeping your happiness on track, so whatever you do, prioritise time out, including pampering yourself, you'd be surprised how much better you feel!
